Being a mum is a really hard job. The toughest I’ve ever done.
The problem is, despite your relentless hard work and effort, you simply don’t feel like you’re good enough.
You spend each day trying to juggle all the balls. Fulfilling the demands of your kids, your husband, your boss, the teachers, even judgemental strangers.
You try to find balance. You crave time to yourself. And you feel like you’re getting it wrong.
You’re not alone.

Congratulations! You’ve come to the right place because, as a Mummy Mentor, I help ambitious women with young children make the very best of their mum-life.
If you’re a mum who’s ever felt stressed out, overwhelmed, irritable, tired, guilty, lonely or overworked, then you’re not alone. I feel that way too sometimes.
The trouble is, those feelings make you feel like you’re not doing a very job. That you’re not being a very good mother, wife, friend or employee. That you’re failing at motherhood.
My job is to help you realise that’s not true. Because I know that you’re trying really hard to get it right. You’re doing the best you can with what capacity you have in this moment.
I want you to know. You’re still a great mum, even on the awful days. Now you just need to believe it.

Remember, this is a long-term exercise.
Take your time, don’t beat yourself up and slowly you’ll start to see improvements.
