But why not NOW?

It might be boring.
You might not feel like it.
You may not know how.

Overcome it, then take that critical first step.

It doesn’t have to be perfect.

    Recently I have put on so much weight so I have decided to start a diet 2 weeks ago & managed to lose 3 kgs so far just by cutting off the unhealthy food I’ve been eating & drinking 2 litres of water a day. I still need to lose at 8 more kgs to reach my goal, but I won’t give up. I’m also trying to exercise as well as much as I could.
    Thanks again for a lovely show.

    As I was publishing this podcast, my husband, the master procrastinator, phoned me from Korea to tell me he was procrastinating over a work job he needed to get done. I told him to get off the phone and listen to the show! (He gets home on Sunday after being away for almost four weeks. Hooray!)
