Let’s Conquer Motherhood member Tanya Cunningham is a mum of 2 boys and a Life Coach based in Canberra. Having struggled in the past with her own sense of identity and with negative self-talk, Tanya now works passionately with mums to equip them and empower them to become the mums they want to be in the season of motherhood they’re in. As a coach, Tanya supports mums with some of the practical aspects of their lives as well as with the transformational mindset shifts that will help them achieve success in motherhood. Whatever success means to them.

Tanya believes that as mums we are always learning. While our children may be learning to walk or talk, we are finding our feet too – always trying to do our best based on the capacity and the resources that we have available to us. Motherhood is full of seasons – some of them quite short – and it’s important we always make time to adjust and re-evaluate who we want to be as mothers in the phase we’re currently in.

In this episode, you’ll learn why it’s important to celebrate your wins on a regular basis, as small as they may seem. You’ll also discover a simple tool that you can use whenever you become aware of your own negative self-talk, so you can help your brain to switch into problem-solving mode.
