062: How to Be Strong and Grounded for Your Family | Victoria Kate

Get back in your lighthouse, and let your light shine

If I told you to get back into your lighthouse, you’d probably think I was being rude. But what if that’s the best place for you?

Using a lighthouse as a metaphor, Life Coach Victoria Kate explains why coming out of your lighthouse doesn’t help anyone.

Not yourself. Not your children. Not your family or your friends. Nope. The best place for you is back inside.

Because that’s where you serve everyone best.

This week on High Five Friday, Victoria and I tell you about the importance of staying strong and shining your light brightly. For everyones sake.

Tell me what you think?

Do you frantically come out of your lighthouse desperately trying to fix everything? Or are you tucked snuggly inside wallowing in a bubble bath, sipping champagne and indulging in a good book?

What do you do in your lighthouse? I’d love to hear from you in the comments

I hope you enjoyed my conversation with Business Coach and Let’s Conquer Motherhood member Jessica Fearnley as much as I did. What did you think about what Jessica had to say about life with a baby? What was it like for you? Can you relate? I’d love to know. Lisa x
