Motherhood, as you know, is a hugely transitional time. And in the fog of raising kids, it’s possible to completely loose the sense of who you are in all of this.
But exhale, because research shows that this is completely normal. And it’s OK. Because it’s all part of an evolving process.
You won’t feel lost forever.
This week on High Five Friday, I ask mum of two Lauren Wills, who is a PhD candidate studying the well-being of pre-school mothers, to explain how and why our identity changes when we become a mum.
