046: My Biggest Challenge of the Early Years | Libby Lennon

You’re not the best version of yourself when you’re sleep deprived
[Libby Lennon]

Being a mother is tough.

When you first start out, you’re thrown in at the deep end and left to deal with crying newborns, tantrum-ing toddlers and projectile vomit.

And that’s before breakfast.

Bless their dear little hearts.

The early years give us a plentiful supply of challenges. (Someone tell me it gets easier. Please.)

This week on High Five Friday, Libby Lennon shares with us her biggest challenge of the early years.

Lisa, we wanted to thank you for having us on your Podcast – it was truly an enjoyable experience. We so appreciated your insightful questions that enabled us to share more about how to heal after a difficult or traumatic birth. And thank you for caring so much about mums – it really shows in your podcasts, and we feel very grateful to have this opportunity to reach more women and share the message that birth trauma is real…AND that it is possible to heal. Much love, Melissa and Debby xx
