Jodi Silverman says: This was a beautiful message and again, a much needed reminder as we, as moms, can be very hard on ourselves which can lead to comparing to others. Own your mom hood and turn to others to compliment you!
Another thing we have in common, other than being a mom all about other moms, is the love of cooking vs baking! I alway allow others to handle the dessert for any celebrations.Best and look forward to the next video.

I recently realised that I did this so much that I didn’t even notice it anymore! It was part of my negative self-talk that was really bringing me down. Its still a habit I slip into but now that I’m aware of it, I don’t let it rule me anymore.
