You should ask your little ones if they think you’re an amazing mum. I bet they say yes. And I reckon you must be too – the fact that you’re listening means you’re striving to do your best and that really, truly is good enough. Hang in there and lots of love xx

I recently realised that I did this so much that I didn’t even notice it anymore! It was part of my negative self-talk that was really bringing me down. Its still a habit I slip into but now that I’m aware of it, I don’t let it rule me anymore.

Well done Emily. It’s a long process and takes time and effort to change what you’re telling yourself in your head, but I’m so glad to hear you’re making progress in the right direction. Lots of love x

This was a beautiful message and again, a much needed reminder as we, as moms, can be very hard on ourselves which can lead to comparing to others. Own your mom hood and turn to others to compliment you!
Another thing we have in common, other than being a mom all about other moms, is the love of cooking vs baking! I alway allow others to handle the dessert for any celebrations.

Best and look forward to the next video.

Sooooo true. I’m always comparing myself to my friends and you’re right they’re probably doing the exact same thing and we all have our strengths. Thank you 🙂
